Blake has been in the industry for 8 years and has built a strong network of REALTORS® and clients through great customer service and diligently working to fulfill his clients’ home buying dreams. With over 400 families served through the years, Blake has become experienced in helping qualified borrowers using first-time homebuyer programs, Renovation loans, and VA loans. Blake partners with local REALTORS® to conduct educational seminars and presentations typically geared toward first-time homebuyers.
Blake is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina, where he was a full scholarship basketball player and majored in mechanical engineering. Blake typically gets asked why he’s got an engineering degree and works in the mortgage business, and his response every time is he gets true fulfillment from assisting buyers achieve their home buying goals. In addition, Blake is an avid real estate investor in the DC and Maryland area.
