At Embrace, we believe in giving back to the community — both at the corporate and individual levels. Every year, we commit a percentage of the company’s earnings to charity. In the past decade, this has resulted in over $25 million toward worthy causes.

People thrive when they get the support they need. But no matter how good it feels to get support, it feels even better to give back. Every year, to celebrate Embrace’s anniversary, employees spend a week volunteering at nonprofit organizations across the country. We call it "Orange Week," and it’s always an exciting time for us and for the over 50 causes that we invest in.

We’re also proud of our long-standing history of matching our colleagues’ donations to causes that are close to their hearts. These include school PTOs, churches, cub scouts, and neighbors-in-need, to name a few. We’ll match up to $2,500 per employee, every year. Additionally, team members can volunteer at an organization of their choice for up to 100 hours, and not only will this time be paid, but the cause will receive a monetary gift from us as well.

Giving is part of the culture here. If we can make a difference in someone else’s life, it makes a difference in ours.
