From the day I took pre-approval till closin, Joe took care everything for me. He always suggested what is good for me rather going as agreeing to only my suggestion. he was like do what is best for you and he explained all condition/ clauses in advance to do the best decision. Awesome person, great work, very transparent which is rare in sales. So I am glad I could have Joe and I was able to close without any buyer agent.
