After working with three different lenders, Bruce was the fourth and ONLY lender who told me I could use the loan option I wanted to use with the condo I wanted to buy, and he made it happen; if anyone tells you that you can't use the Maine State Housing loan for a condo, or it's too complicated, or not worth the hastle, tell them good-bye, and say hello to Bruce Roullard! Bruce was easy to communicate with, always responsive, and explained concepts in plain English. He totally got the job done, and I would recommend him without hesitation, whether this is your first home or fourth.

Wendy was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. She made the experience stress free. As a busy business owner I really appriciate that. I had been dreading the process thinking it would be more added to my already full plate. She lead me through the processs highlighting the important collectables she needed from me and followed up to ensure I was ontrack every step of the way. She was there to help when alot of other mortage lenders didn't want to be bothered. Sundi is the absolute greatest mortgage person. she is well versed and extremely knowledgeable in the industry,she is also very kind, patient and treated me with the utmost respect. She held my hand throughout the entire process and explained every detail about what was happening or about to happen. ( great with next steps) I believe one of Miss Sundi's best quality is her commitment to her WORD. ( her word is her bond) We started the mortgage process around July 15th and closed on August 28th,2026 with NO problem. She kept her word to me"I can get it done in 30-45 days"that's what she promised. I called her several times during the process when I did not understand things and she explained everytime without loosing her patience with me.I believe Sundi worked long days to help me get my dream home. I most certainly highly recommend Miss Sundi to get you into your dream home like she did me.She also has a GREAT TEAM with her.
