I was in a difficult situation where a previous lender rejected my app due to the property not having any comps in the area after appraisal. They had told me I would not be able to get any conventional loan, but Michael didn't agree with them and got my application accepted! He also moved super fast for me as well. All the while having a new born baby. I couldn't thank him more.
