Bill Bloom and his team at Embrace are simply outstanding in every way. By far - by a seriously long shot - it was the best mortgage experience we ever had. Not even close. And we've had a number of buys and sells over the years with military moves. For VA loan expertise, advice, and personal attention, you can't possibly do better than this team. Everything they did made this a smooth transaction — seamless handoffs between Bill, Katie, and Kelly throughout the process. Never once did we feel like somebody wasn't coordinating with each other and never once did any anything get dropped during the handoffs - no matter how small the detail. That is extremely rare. We know they have lots of clients, but everyone on the team made us feel like they were our personal and exclusive mortgage team.
