This was my third time working with Pat, and as always, the experience was excellent. Pat and his team are consistently professional, responsive, and trustworthy. After my home purchase last year, Pat kept an eye on rates and reached out in late 2025 as soon as it made sense to do an IRRL refinance. The process was painless, well-organized, and we closed on time without any issues. I was also pleasantly surprised at closing when the cash to close was lower than expected. Pat and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. I always felt like was in my corner and had my best interests at heart.

Shawn and his team are amazing--this is who you want to be working with! I had a horrible experience with another lender that made me almost lose my house, and Shawn and his team worked tirelessly past business hours to help me make sure I had somewhere safe and warm to move to. Their closing process was more than twice as fast and they were able to give me a much better offer. Please see Shawn before you try to mess with anyone else if you want to save weeks/months of unneeded stress and tears.

There was not a single time where I did not receive an immediate reponse to any of my questions. I have purchased many homes over the years and I must say this has been the most pleasant and easy interaction I have had with any lender. I did engage with a lender on a previous home here in Titusville and it was a very unpleasant experience with the abanking employee talking down to me, even my grandson said that she was most unpleasant. Well, I lucked out with Donny on this house. Linda LoSciuto was also a very nice person to deal with. Overall, most excellent service. Also, it was also a first that the person I worked with on a home loan came to the closing. Thank you all for your help.
