About Rachel

Rachel Touchstone is a new Loan Officer joining the Embrace team in Mobile, Alabama. She’s worked with us in the past and our focus on commitment to excellent customer service resonated with her own approach when she decided to take the next step in her career path. Rachel draws on her care, work ethic, and outgoing personality to make every client experience a seamless success.

Prior to Embrace, Rachel was a branch manager at Republic Finance, where she oversaw all operations. She earned the distinction of Employee of the Region on many occasions, and her office was recognized as 3rd in the state during her tenure as branch manager.

Rachel grew up and lives in Semmes, AL, with her husband and their mini schnauzer, Kip. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends and spending days by the beach. She’s also passionate about working with charities that support animals and children.
