Susana — known to friends and clients as Susie — brings a positive, friendly approach to helping people achieve their homeownership dreams. As a new loan officer on the Embrace team, Susie guides borrowers through the pre-approval process and works closely with them to get their loans closed successfully.
Before joining Embrace, Susie honed her skills as a loan officer assistant at AMS. She was drawn to Embrace by the extensive tools and support that empower her to grow her business and better serve her clients. She’s particularly excited about Embrace’s offerings that waive mortgage and appraisal contingencies, as well as the strong team-backing that provides guidance and answers when needed. These unique advantages allow Susie to help her borrowers make stronger, more competitive offers.
Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Susie grew up in Miami, Florida, and now resides in Dunellen, New Jersey. She’s the eldest in her family, with two younger brothers, and enjoys spending her free time staying active, whether at the gym or tending to her growing collection of plants. Susie’s idea of a perfect day involves a workout, a delicious meal, quality time with family (and a dream dog she hopes to have someday), and unwinding with a good Netflix show.
