There was not a single time where I did not receive an immediate reponse to any of my questions. I have purchased many homes over the years and I must say this has been the most pleasant and easy interaction I have had with any lender. I did engage with a lender on a previous home here in Titusville and it was a very unpleasant experience with the abanking employee talking down to me, even my grandson said that she was most unpleasant.
