Got it — I’ve removed the dashes and smoothed everything out so it flows naturally: I can’t say enough about how amazing Wayne was throughout my home-buying process. Before finding him, I spoke with at least six other lenders who all told me the same thing, that my situation wasn’t workable and they wouldn’t even attempt to get me a loan. Wayne was the only person who not only believed it was possible but promised me from the start that he would do everything he could to help. From day one, Wayne understood what this home meant for my family. There were multiple times I felt like giving up, but he encouraged me to keep going and assured me that there was still a path forward. Thanks to his determination and hard work, I was fully approved for a mortgage when no one else would even try for me. Wayne also went above and beyond by securing me an interest rate below current market rates and making sure I didn’t have to pay the VA loan funding fee due to my disability rating. I had purchased multiple homes before this and had no idea not paying the funding fee was even possible until Wayne brought it up. That alone saved me thousands and showed just how much he looks out for his clients. What really stands out is that Wayne is motivated to keep me as a client for life. He has already told me he will stay in contact about a streamline refinance in the future to help lower my interest rate even more. That kind of long-term commitment and care is rare in this business, and it gives me complete confidence moving forward. On top of all that, he always treated me like a friend, taking the time to talk me through every step and calm me down when I felt overwhelmed. I’m now in the perfect home for my family, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without Wayne. I will never use anyone else for my loan needs. If you want someone who truly cares, will fight for you when others won’t, and will treat you with kindness and respect the whole way through, I can’t recommend Wayne highly enough.
