Lee Williams is a Retail Sales Manager joining us in our Ashburn, VA branch. He’s committed to helping borrowers benefit from Embrace’s range of loan products and streamlined processes, keeping communication frequent, and easing client stress. Lee has been a loan officer for the past 22 years in Northern Virginia, and is proud he can focus his career on helping people. Every individual, family, and situation is different, offering unique challenges in finding their short- and long-term mortgage solution. Lee strives to set people up for success by providing a product that will grow equity and principal reduction for their largest asset.

In addition to Embrace’s operational support, Lee draws on his in-depth knowledge of the VA, FHA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan products available to help borrowers. The son of an Army officer in the 82nd Airborne, Lee was instilled with the values of honesty and integrity. Demonstrating these values, he always works diligently to provide exceptional client service, prioritizing his clients’ best interests. Lee has been recognized in Mortgage Executive Magazine as top 1% mortgage originator in America for 2019, 2020, and 2021 and with the Circle of Excellence distinction while working with Caliber Home Loans in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Lee grew up in Charlottesville, VA, and lives in Ashburn with his wife and their son and daughter. He enjoys skiing, hiking, travel, and participates in the Virginia State Golf Association. On a perfect day he’ll be taking in the great view after hiking a mountain peak.
