Jitin “Jay” Ghai, one of our newest loan officers, brings a wealth of experience to Embrace from his diverse background in real estate and finance. Prior to joining our team, Jay held notable positions, including Real Estate Associate Broker/Salesperson at Property Professionals Realty and Real Estate Salesperson at RealtyConnectUSA. He also served as a Senior Finance Executive/CFO for several reputable companies, including Pitney Bowes, Garden City Group, and Arcade Marketing.

Jay’s transition to Embrace was motivated by our outstanding reputation in the market and our unique offerings, such as the Property Value Certificate. With his expertise and commitment to excellence, Jay has the ability to deliver mortgage solutions that are easily understood and will stand out in today’s competitive market.

Serving Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as areas including Melville, Plainview, Dix Hills, Bethpage, Syosset, Jericho, and beyond, Jay is dedicated to helping borrowers find the right loan to purchase their desired property. His extensive credentials include being a Six Sigma Green Belt and holding degrees and certifications, such as Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Licensed Home Inspector in New York.

Originally from Mumbai, India, Jay now calls Melville, New York home. When he’s not assisting clients, he cherishes moments with his family, including his wife, a REALTOR®, and his two sons in their 20s. Passionate about staying active, Jay finds joy in playing tennis and pickleball. Balancing work, exercise, and leisure pursuits, he is committed to making a difference at Embrace and guiding clients toward their homeownership dreams.
