Before joining Embrace, Cara built her career at PNC Bank, where she developed a strong foundation in mortgage lending and client service. She was drawn to Embrace for its innovative products and forward-thinking approach, including Approved to Move, Property Value Certificate, and Beyond by Embrace. These tools allow her to help buyers stand out in multiple-offer situations and support borrowers with non-traditional income in achieving their dream of homeownership.

Cara’s dedication and performance have earned her consistent industry recognition. She is a three-time President’s Club member (2023, 2024, and 2025) and was named a Scotsman Guide Top Woman Originator in 2025 — achievements that reflect both her results and her commitment to her clients. Outside of work, she is deeply invested in her community and proudly supports New Ground, a Long Island–based organization that assists homeless veterans and their families.

Cara grew up in Plainview and now lives in Dix Hills with her husband, their two young children, Shay and Xander. When she’s not helping buyers secure their next home, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Her perfect day starts with sleeping in, followed by a fun family adventure exploring something new and making memories together.
