In her role, she oversees branch operations, mentors loan officers, and drives growth initiatives — including plans to expand Embrace’s presence in Southern New Hampshire. While managing the Bedford, NH, office, Cassie is actively exploring new branch locations in the region, including Salem, NH. She is focused on building a team of like-minded loan officers who share her unwavering commitment to outstanding service.

Before joining Embrace, Cassie held key positions at CMG Home Loans and a mortgage brokerage, including operations manager, pipeline manager, and other operational roles. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in streamlining processes and supporting both clients and colleagues. After visiting Embrace on-site, Cassie was drawn to our client-first philosophy, cutting-edge technology, and innovative approach to lending. Our prioritization of the customer experience resonated deeply with her own values and professional mission.

A three-time recipient of the President’s Club Award (2021, 2022, and 2023) at CMG Home Loans, Cassie is widely recognized in her community for going above and beyond for her team and clients. She lives in Salem, NH — where she also grew up — with her husband, young son, and their beloved dog, Archie. Outside of work, Cassie loves to travel, has a fascination with Egypt, and is always looking for new ways to enhance the customer journey, ensuring the client experience remains her top priority.
