I met Stephanie at the Live Baltimore event. I told her I was not ready to start the process of buying a home and she respected that. When I was ready she explained each step of the process. She made great referrals and was able to assist me so that I was comfortable and informed. Stephanie connected me with a great realtor and I felt we were a force when it came to buying a home. Stephanie answers her cell at all hours of the night. When I was feeling nervous about the process, I was able to talk with Stephanie and she assured me that everything would be okay. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about the industry. There wasn’t a question that I asked that she didn’t know the answer to. Stephanie has great relationships in this industry, especially Baltimore. These relationships made this process amazing. After a year (my pace), I found a beautiful home. I feel safe, happy and informed. If I buy another home, Stephanie will be my first call.

Stephanie is excellent! She is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. She took care of all of my paperwork and it was truly a seamless process. When I first tried to buy a home YEARS ago I was so discouraged and thought I’d be renting forever. When I started working with Stephanie it became clear that those other lenders were just not for me and they were hiding so many additional fees into my loan. Stephanie saved me tens of thousands of dollars in the lifespan of my mortgage. I even closed 2 weeks earlier than expected. I went from mortgage approval to closing in 30 days. I cannot recommend her enough!

Stephanie's help was invaluable! After initially deciding to go with a different lender and facing unexpected costs, we decided to switch back to NHS who we already started developing a relationship with through the incentive programs for Baltimore City residents. Stephanie was able to do much of the paperwork on the back end and required MUCH less paperwork and back and forth than the big bank lender we started with. Stephanie was able to make sure we got our City incentive in time to close and was always attentive and available to reach directly.
