Matthew O’Connell joins Embrace as a Branch Manager. He previously worked at Prosperity Home Mortgage, where he was a Senior Mortgage Consultant focusing on loan origination. There he helped foster a successful team, and provided training and coaching to help with his team members’ personal growth and the company’s profitability.

Matt grew up in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, and currently lives in Bel Air, Maryland. He has a BS in Recreation Administration from the College of New Jersey. His loving family includes two lovely daughters – Samantha, age 21, and Madison, age 17 – and a Chocolate Lab named Franklin. His favorite pastime is golf, and he’s a member of the Golf Association of Philadelphia and a prior member of the PGA of America. His idea of the perfect day would be to play a round or two of golf on the sunny greens, and enjoy some quality time with his family and friends.
