You might be able to get a slightly better rate with one of the online mortgage factories, but the headaches and extra anxiety with those outfits isn't worth the pennies you might save. This is the 4th loan we've closed with Embrace and the customer service is second to none. Huge shout out to the entire team at Embrace Home Loans.
