Alvin Flores joins the team at Embrace® after honing his skills as a loan consultant at Homespire Mortgage. He’s particularly well-versed in providing residential lending options to first-time homebuyers, but can also assist in refinancing or buying a second home/vacation home or investment property. This hardworking loan officer made the move to Embrace® because we offer such a wide range of mortgage products to provide options to a larger variety of customers. For first-time buyers in particular, we make purchasing a house much easier with our competitive rates and assistance with down payments and closing costs.
Alvin grew up in Hyattsville, Maryland, and currently lives in Gaithersburg. He has a bachelor of business administration and is a member of NAHREP, the National Association Of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®. His loving family includes his wife and two children, and a lively Goldendoodle named Kip. When he’s not helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, Alvin enjoys offroading in his Jeep and playing football for fun. Always the go-getter, his idea of the perfect day would be to wake up early, having all his loans clear to close so he can celebrate with his buyers, then enjoying a movie and some pizza and popcorn with his family.
