Ryan and Laurie are very responsive to clients needs, and of course mine. The only downside to this particular transaction was the underwriter's slip up about being able to put the Trust name on the deed (initially). It made the client unhappy, but it all worked out in the end. The lender checked with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and after getting approval we got everything taken care of. It was another good, clean closing, which I've come to expect! After at least 5+ transactions with Ryan this is literally the first "issue" I've ever had, and it was 0% Ryan and/or Laurie's fault. So I'll be recommending them going forward as usual.

Ryan and Lori are awsome to work with. The communication level is off the chart. I was really scared about purchaseing a house.
