I Love my Wife dearly. She has great tastes so she wanted a high quality home in Tampa. I’m a numbers guy. I wanted us to stay at or close to $400,000. As it turned out my Wife found a $425,000 Villa in Temple Terrace. Ryan was able to keep us both engaged in the buying process. My Wife was eager to sign everything along the way. For me I needed things to be explained to me at times. Buying a home is significantly important and I needed the numbers to be explained. I just wanted to make sure I fully understood. Once again Ryan displayed a great deal of patience with me. On a side note, I recognized him from Crunch Fitness in Channelside, one of the most popular gyms in the Tampa metropolitan area. Like my Wife and I, Ryan works hard in the gym and it shows by how cool, camp, empathetic, and understanding he has been in through the entire home buying process. In today’s economy it’s extremely expensive to purchase a home. Once the rates come down I plan to come visit with Ryan to refinance our mortgage loan. Ryan is the only person I want all of our friends in Tampa, St. Pete, and Apollo Beach to talk to. I look forward to having them all meet Ryan, Andrea, and Shannon at our house warming party.
