If I could give Ryan Hoffman and his team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Having purchased a home before, I know firsthand how stressful the mortgage process can be. If you're a veteran/active duty—or honestly anyone looking to buy a home in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area—do yourself a favor and work with Ryan and his team. From day one, the communication was absolutely incredible. No matter the time of day, Ryan was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but he made it feel surprisingly easy. Ryan went above and beyond in ways I never expected. He helped pay off my car loan, secured a rate buydown that will save me money, and even got money back from escrow. He was constantly working behind the scenes to make the deal happen.
