Katherine “Kathy” Morris is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. She takes on the role of managing a dedicated team of loan officers while also excelling in her own personal production.

Prior to joining Embrace, Kathy honed her skills at Prime Lending, where she not only managed a team of loan officers and a P&L, but also achieved remarkable success in her endeavors. With a strong focus on areas like Ocala, Springhill, and Tampa, Kathy is particularly well-versed in veterans loans, ensuring that all clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Known for her hard work, honesty, and genuine care for her clients, Kathy is deeply experienced in serving buyers from all walks of life. From first-time homebuyers seeking guidance to affluent buyers expecting exceptional execution, Kathy delivers unparalleled service every step of the way.

Kathy’s decision to join Embrace stemmed from her alignment with our company’s values and our unique products and programs. She brings with her a track record of excellence, including achievements in the mortgage industry and accolades such as world championships and numerous circuit awards in horse showing.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kathy is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and has also been involved with the Women’s Council of REATORS® (WCR). She is deeply committed to community outreach, previously dedicating her time to homeless outreach in Ocala and eagerly seeking opportunities to give back to her community.

Currently residing in the vibrant Tampa area, Kathy has embraced Florida as her home for over four decades. Family is at the heart of everything she does, with a son, daughter, and a grandson on the way in July 2024. In her downtime, Kathy enjoys spending time with her two cats and a German Shepherd puppy she received as a Christmas gift. Her hobbies include soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring nature through hiking, and indulging her passion for equestrian events.
