We step in when there is a challenge and work with the necessary players in order to accomplish our goal of closing the loan. My business partner and I do weekly reviews with our LO’s on their loans in process and pre-approvals. We aim to catch any issue before it gets close to the settlement date. Our office is a relaxed atmosphere but very serious when it comes to customer satisfaction.
