We’re happy to have Matt Packard join our team as a Senior Loan Officer. Matt has been excelling in the mortgage industry since 2010. He started out with Sage Bank/Omega Mortgage and from there worked with Ditech and Guaranteed Rate before becoming part of the Embrace® family. He was drawn to Embrace® because we’re a company that thrives on teamwork and offers such a wide range of products. This mortgage coach is highly skilled at helping potential homeowners find the right mortgage solution for their unique financial situation.

Matt grew up in Milford, Massachusetts, and has lived in Hudson, Massachusetts, with his loving wife, Michelle, since 2002. He received his BS in Management from Rutgers University and has been honored with inclusion in the President’s Club for the last four years. Always a go-getter, Matt is also active in his community. He’s the President of Hudson BNI, the former president of Hudson Youth Baseball/Softball, and the lector of Saint Matthias Parish in Marlborough. He and Michelle, married since 2000, have three kids — Leah, 20, Jack, 18, and Sam, 16 — and two cats, Churchill and Doug. When Matt’s not helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, he enjoys golf, bowling, poker, and coaching baseball and basketball. His perfect day would include traveling to a new place with his family and exploring the local food and culture.
