Dave navigated me through my first home-buyer experience... which can be extremely overwhelming. He was superb at communicating and explaining to me how the process works. Getting him the right documentation needed was very easy and the entire process was seamless. I would recommend Dave to anyone buying a new home, regardless if it is a first-time purchase... or even for seasoned veterans.
