Nichole has always been incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Between Bill Malkoun and Nichole, I couldn’t have worked with better people to help ease my first time home buying experience. They are actual all-stars and I’m so thankful to have worked with them through this process.

Nichole was great to work with. Her communication and contact was top not and was much apprecaited. The ability to reach out and communicate with Nichold for the duration of the process was crucial to overall success and a timley delivery of the loan package.

There were numerous delays with my loan process. Some were out of the control of everyone involved. That was really the only frustrating portion. The Embrace team seemed to be doing their best to service my loan and in the end, they got me over the finish line with terms that suited me and my budget perfectly.
