About Roger

Roger Dias recently joined the Embrace team as a Mortgage Loan Associate in Middletown, Rhode Island, where he helps borrowers navigate the mortgage loan process as smoothly as possible with options best suited to meet their unique needs.

Prior to his career pivot to the mortgage industry, Roger worked with the Verizon team for 12 years as a General Manager. He sought a change that would be fulfilling both for himself and the people he works with, and Embrace’s family-like culture and deep roots in the communities we serve were both big draws to come aboard. Roger is also eager to help his clients benefit from the seamless communication available via eSNAPP and help them be competitive in the market with products like Approved to MoveTM. He looks forward to helping borrowers in Pawtucket, Cumberland, Central Falls, Lincoln, Warwick, Johnston, and beyond.

Roger grew up in Central Falls, RI, and currently lives in Warwick with his girlfriend and their three dogs and school of fish. He plays soccer and volleyball in a Warwick league and enjoys tennis and golf recreationally. When he’s not helping clients, you can also catch him bringing the dogs to the beach, relaxing with music, smoking meats, and enjoying dinner by the fire pit.

You can connect with Roger and learn more about him on LinkedIn.
