About Chase

Chase Polhemus joined Embrace Home Loans in February of 2015, as a Loan Officer.  Chase is responsible for helping current homeowners find the lowest rate and assisting potential homeowners successfully succeed in one of the most important purchases throughout their lives. With a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and superb customer service skills, this is never a problem when working with Chase. He treats each and every client as their own individual profile, and allows for the home-buying process to be a very smooth one.

Chase is originally from, and grew up in the Washington D.C area, which is where he attended Stevenson University in Baltimore Maryland. Achieving not only an Associate’s Degree in Political Science, but a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies- History and Paralegal Studies. Chase currently resides in Newport, Rhode Island, but his heart is still in D.C, as he is a huge fan of the Washington Redskins, Washington Capitals, and Baltimore Orioles. He enjoys any free time outdoors playing golf, fishing, and boating.

The Embrace system is disjointed. Things that should have been cleared before others were engaged should have been done. For instance, in the final steps of the loan. the request was made of me to send income information. That information had already been sent and if it wasn't, the process should have not gone on until it was supplied. Also, the clearing of the title, by Embrace, was said to take place late in the process as well and used as a reason for holding up the closing.
