Melissa Maynard brings her expertise and dedication to our team as an experienced loan originator. With a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Melissa prides herself on providing personalized service and streamlined solutions. Her move to Embrace was driven by the opportunity to work with a more focused and efficient organization that better serves her clients.

Before joining Embrace, Melissa excelled at Movement Mortgage, where she served as an outside loan originator. In her role, she achieved President’s Club status in 2024. Melissa is a member of the Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) and she serves on the Homeownership Board for The Hagerstown Habitat for Humanity, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and serving her community.

A Maryland native, Melissa grew up in Olney and now resides in Sykesville with her three daughters and two beloved dogs, Frankie and Bentley. When she’s not helping clients finance their dreams, you’ll likely find her competing in CrossFit, enjoying a cold brew coffee, or stocking up at Costco.
