About Tom
Tom Scopio is a new Senior Loan Officer joining us in Wilmington, Delaware, where he’s responsible for loan origination, marketing, connecting people with experts in their field, and all things involved with achieving a loan closing. He’s looking forward to reaching new heights of success with helping his clients through our long term rate lock, turn time, efficiency, and exceptionally supportive team.
Prior to Embrace, Tom worked for Citizens Bank on loan origination, construction lending, training, systems integration, and process integration. He’s a member of the Chester County, Pennsylvania housing partnership and is well equipped to assist borrowers in Chester County, West Virginia, Maryland, and Downingtown, PA.
Tom grew up in Philadelphia and currently lives in Kennett Square, PA, with his loving wife, their three children, and their two rescue dogs (a dachshund and hound). His vision of a perfect day is sun, sand, crystal clear blue water and a fishing rod.
