About Kysha

Kysha Pacheco is a new Loan Officer joining the Embrace team in Southington, CT, where she focuses on providing thorough and complete customer service to assist clients with loan closures. She was drawn to Embrace by the variety of products and programs, which will allow her to ensure a higher closing rate for a diverse population of clients. Borrowers throughout the Greater Hartford area, Windsor, Bloomfield, Manchester, Newington, and Wethersfield can count on her effective, insightful communication and enthusiasm throughout the mortgage process.

Prior to Embrace, Kysha worked with CT Online Computer Company and Farmington Bank, where she was awarded, Top Account Opening in their call center department in 2015, 2016, and 2018. She also earned the distinction of Team Morality Leader at Farmington Bank in 2017. Kysha grew up in the north end of Hartford and currently lives in West Hartford, with stops in between in Manchester and Broad Brook. She and her fiancé have three children and a dog. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys cooking, sewing, traveling, reading, and spending Sabbath with her family.
