Kenny Nelson is a Senior Loan Officer with the Embrace team in Fairhope, Alabama. He rejoins our family of experts so he can better share his enthusiasm for serving the community. Kenny works hard to keep clients informed of trends, changes, and developments in the local real estate market. In addition, he always has his finger on the pulse of the lending market, particularly changing rules, regulations, and guidelines from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA, in addition to other investors and agencies. And that can translate into faster turnaround times on the loan process for his clients. Kenny is particularly excited about Embrace’s down payment assistance programs, so he can help as many clients as possible, particularly young people, achieve their hopes and dreams.

Kenny was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama, where he married his childhood sweetheart. Together, they have three lovely children: James, 16, Abigail, 13, and Evelyn, 7. So, it’s no wonder enhancing the quality of life in the community he serves is something Kenny feels very strongly about. He graduated from Fairhope High School, attended the University of Alabama Birmingham, and graduated with a BA in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta. When not serving clients, Kenny can be found supporting both his son’s high school soccer team and recreational soccer club or supporting the Children of the World adoption agency.
