For the past 20 years, Karen Thaggard has been helping homeowners obtain the right financing for their individual purchase and refinance needs. She joined Embrace in 2012 as one of our Senior Loan Officers. Karen has worked in all aspects of the mortgage industry - origination, processing, and underwriting. This knowledge offers a unique advantage to her clients as she is able to thoroughly guide them through all aspects and procedures of mortgages. Karen prides herself on her ability to grow relationships with her clients and determine the perfect fit for her clients lifestyle and needs. Karen was born in New Jersey and moved to Brevard County, Florida when she was six. Graduating from Titusville High School she then moved on to college where she took business classes at the University of Central Florida. Karen’s husband, Stephen, also works with Embrace as a Sr. Loan Officer and they have three wonderful children named Blake, Brandi and Logan. They enjoy spending quality time by the swimming pool, at the beach, and boating.
