Jared Maxwell, our East Providence Branch Manager and Vice President, brings over 21 years of dedication and expertise to Embrace. Throughout his career, he has been committed to assisting buyers in creating homes filled with memories and building wealth. By offering personalized guidance and market insights, Jared empowers clients to make informed decisions. His focus extends to existing homeowners, developing tailored plans and enabling them to leverage home equity for financial success.

Before joining Embrace, Jared played a pivotal role in driving initiatives for market expansion and global growth at a technology consulting firm. His decision to join Embrace stems from a belief in homeownership as a source of stability, security, and accomplishment. Witnessing individuals embark on their journey to establish roots and find a place to call their own brings him immense joy. Jared takes pride in discussing and recommending loan options that contribute to positive financial impacts.

Jared’s achievements include being a perennial President’s Club recipient, recognized for exceeding individual sales and team production goals. He was named Teammate of the Year in 2008, received the President’s Award in 2009, and was inducted into the Embrace Hall of Fame in 2016.

Beyond his professional success, Jared is actively involved in the community. He played a key role in establishing Old Rochester Youth Baseball and Old Rochester Travel Basketball, dedicating over 10 years to coaching and serving on the board of directors. His commitment extends to coaching for Old Rochester Youth Football and being a member of the Silver City Football Officials Association.

In memory of his mother Melanie, who succumbed to ALS at age 37, Jared supports The Angel Fund for ALS research. A proud Middleboro High graduate and Sachem Strong, he attended Assumption University, where he played football as a defensive back. Graduating with a double major in political science and communications, Jared furthered his education at Boston University’s London Internship Program at Talk Loud Public Relations. In 2017, he earned a certificate from Harvard Business School Online for completing studies in management.

Currently residing in Marion, Massachusetts, Jared is happily married to his wife Heidi, and together they have three children aged 22, 19, and 12. In addition to his professional and community involvement, Jared is a competitive marathoner, having qualified for and completed the Boston and Chicago marathons.
