Change is an almost elemental part of the human experience. It is next to impossible to escape. Whether we seek it out or it is brought to bear on us, change can be wildly exciting and frightening all at the same time. Even when sought out, change can be amazingly uncomfortable. Change happens whether you like it or not, often during the most mundane times rather than the extraordinary when you might expect it.
Change we seek or positive opportunities we stumble upon can be the most difficult to bring about. Success at effecting the change we seek can be rare. It often only comes when previously unseen or overlooked influences are recognized and addressed. But that is not easy to do.
