I am writing this to tell you of the excellent service I received from Mr. Pat Holland of Embrace Home Loans. Normally people only write to complain but never seem to give credit where it is due. Being 36 years old I have had to purchase a lot of different things in my life and I have learned it's not what you buy, it's the service you receive that matters. From day one, Mr. Holland treated me like a lifelong friend, making me feel comfortable and good about the endeavor I was about to pursue. I always felt completely informed of the progress. I never had to call back or track him down unlike other services in the past I tried. I don't think this process could have been any easier as Mr. Holland took care of everything in a timely fashion and made sure if there was anything for me to do that I completely understood and would stay on the phone with me until the step(s) were completed. In summary I would 100% recommend Mr. Holland and your company to anyone seeking to refinance. I could go on and on but in closing Mr. Holland is a great asset to your company and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

As the son of a naval officer and elementary school teacher, wholesome core values were stressed throughout his life. The importance of honesty, integrity and treating others with respect were taught and expected. This was the foundation established for Patrick Holland at a very young age and how he has built a successful career as a Senior Loan Officer, first at Mason Dixon
Funding and now at Embrace Home Loans.
Patrick graduated college from Old Dominion University
in 1998. While in college, he managed a successful golf operation and soon found a passion in the golf industry on both the course and in business development. In late 1999, Patrick moved to Northern Virginia
to build an Internet Golf Operation. This geographic move proved to be the start of a new chapter in his entrepreneurial drive as he became the CO-General Manager
and Golf Professional for Mid-Atlantic Golf Properties.
Patrick became a full member of the Professional Golfers Association
(PGA) in 2005, and still is an active participant in teaching the game of golf to his long time friends and students.
After building and running one of the most successful golf operations on the east coast, Patrick decided to use his finance and customer service
skills in a new arena, the residential mortgage industry. He found his calling! Within a few short months, he had become a top producer and respected loan officer in Northern Virginia. Patrick was one of the top 10 Loan Officers in the company during his time at Mason Dixon Funding. His approach to business is very simple: Listen to your clients’ needs, goals and expectations and provide them with honest answers and communicate with them at all times.
On the home front, Patrick has been married to his lovely wife, Mikah, since 2004 and was blessed with a little baby boy, Jackson, on April 3rd, 2007. He and his family have been Kingstown residents since 2000.
