Karla was always pleasant and up beat when speaking with her. She kept you in the loop with where your mortgage was in relation to being approved . You also knew exactly what documents were needed from you, and when to supply them. The Embrace Team was great to work with as well. The EMBRACE (mortgage) SYSTEM used for listing and uploading documents due, was handsdown the easiest system I 've ever used. I would highly recommend both EMMBRACE HOME LOANS and KARLA MELGAR for your next Home Loan experience.
