Richard Pazornik

Richard is dedicated to customer service. He works hard to provide the best mortgage solutions and advice to his clients. Nothing beats that feeling of accomplishment when he’s helped one of his many borrower’s reach their financial goals, whether it be refinancing to free up some much needed cash or helping someone purchase their very first home – he thoroughly enjoys helping others. Richard is no stranger to the business, holding over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to Embrace, he worked at SunTrust Mortgage for close to 5 solid years, from July 2007 until May 2011. Before that – he worked for American Home Mortgage from December 1999 to July 2007.

Richard is the current Vice President of Bolton Park Neighbors, Inc. and the co-chair of Reservoir Hill Garden and Home Tour. He is also on the Board of Directors of Moveable Feast, providing meals to people affected by HIV/AIDS and Breast Cancer throughout the Central Maryland area. In addition, he has also served as a board member on the Reservoir Hill Improvement Council and as president of Gay Father’s Coalition of Baltimore.

Richard attended Vanderbilt University in 1979 where he received his BA in Business Administration and Sociology. He also attended the University of Maryland’s School of Law, receiving his JD in 1982. A Maryland native, Richard grew up in Silver Spring, MD and currently resides in Baltimore, MD. He is the proud father of two daughters – who are both grown and living on their own. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, politics and community activism.
